"They work, they REALLY work! I recently bought a Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. Biggest complaint about them is the fact that the washer shakes, rattles and roles it's way out of position every load, and it is a heavy unit to push back in place. An appliance repairman, servicing one of my kitchen appliances, saw the Duette and asked if I was having a problem with the washer walking, then gave me your website address. I immediately ordered two sets of the Shake Away Plus, placed them under both the washer and dryer (had to keep them both the same height) and just like that, problem solved. It absolutely stays put! And vibration in general is greatly reduced. I went to the Lowes salesman I purchased all the appliances from and told him to recommend this product to each and every purchaser of these front loader machines. I’m so glad that my email got to you. My wife is president of the largest children’s shoe company in America, with over 400 retail locations. I own several of my own stores as well and the only thing that is important to us is a happy, satisfied customer. I know that most people are quick to write when they aren’t happy, I choose to write primarily when I’m satisfied with a product or customer service. Not a day goes by when we don’t see or hear of a product making all sorts of claims; to get one that actually fulfills it’s claims is a near miracle. That’s why I was so excited about your pads.
I don’t know if you have a sales force or not, but EVERY major appliance chain or store in America needs to stock your pads. This vibration problem with front loading washers is quite significant, and not many salespeople in the stores are familiar with products to stunt the vibration. I’ve had sales associates tell me to change back to a top loader; change what floor of my house the unit is on; re-level the unit …and much more…I’ve even heard sales associates tell me that they won’t sell a front loading washer, because of the complaints from the vibration.
